Added PostgreSQL support. Was written for 8.0.x version but was compiled with 7.2.x client library. It seems to be working %)

Forked project dbFlowc from Flowc project with rewritten db interface, wich allow easyer integration with other databases. Also added plugin API which will permit to extend functionality of project, without modifying core code.
