Mak(UniS) was fixed. In addition a bug related with the association

Description: Use workspace to store queries, added templates for
instances, added internal web browser support, added preference use
default value for servent URL, fixed a bug of proferences page, fixed a
bug of SM browsing, new wizards for creating Queries and Templates.=20

Current plugin version: 0.1.7=20
Description: On request of University of Surrey we added the method
getSaveDir() to SdlCompiler2WsdlAction. Also changed the versioning and
id in plugin.xml=20

Current plugin version: 0.1.7=20
Description: Added browse for BMLModel, SDLModel, BMLData. Added new
fields (name, description) to SM. Modified to editor interface.
Implemented Create/Load/Save/StoreKB actions for .sm(service manifest)
