I was able to wipe the disks of a Dell Optiplex 980 desktop with DBAN 2.3.0. However the messages emitted when trying to save the logs are puzzling:

DBAN succeeded.
All selected disks have been wiped.
Hardware clock operation start date:  Mon Nov 01 06:56:15 2021

Not sure where DBAN attempts to write the logs, perhaps the bootable USB key DBAN runs from. Does it work or not?
