#17 TODO list supporting

Add a TODO function:
1) the user can add lines in the calendar which looks
like:
TODO: submit my paper to ICCV.

2) A view TODO list function which gathers all TODOs.
The user can change the TODO into a DONE when it is
finished.

3) When the program starts, show some TODOs near today.
