[Davical-general] Unable to send messages on #davical channel (mode +M)

Hello,

The #davical IRC channel on OFTC has +M mode, which mean that only registered people can send message. As an unregistered user, any message I send is replied by the following:
#davical Cannot send to channel (You are not registered and verified. '/msg NickServ help' to learn how to register and verify) 


I think admins should consider removing +M mode, since this channel is supposed to receive questions from any user.
