[Davical-general] Tracing down 403 forbidden

Hello all,
I installed Davical (Debian stable, version 1.1.12-2) some while
ago, but it does not work 100% and I try to find out where.
(Probably a configuration error …)
We are three users, running Davx5 to access the calendar. On two
phones, the users get an error message HTTP 403 Forbidden.
In the Davx5 error log, I see a certain calendar event:

What is the best way to debug this, i.e. which settings (Apache?
Davical?) do I need to tweak/check?
