If you have parameters in your report then the report tries to get them from the user unless you either (a) give it a parameter XML file to read or (b) set the parameters yourself and override askForParameters() as described in the documentation. Since you haven't called Report.setParameterXML Input() then the report is trying to ask the user. That's why it's trying to create a window, which is why the Java runtime is trying to use X11 and the DISPLAY environment variable.
