#35 Allow for sql in parameter field

I love DataVision. It is what I have been looking for. One
thing that I would love to see enhanced is the parameter
field. Instead of manually putting in a selection of
values, I would like to simply runa query within the
database to get those values and return them in the
parameter field as a selection.

For Example:

If I have 15 Sales Numbers that are randomly generated
in my thrid party web application, and I create a report
by Sales Number, I would like to be able to have those
sales numbers selectable from the parameter field via a
sql query, rather than attempt to have someone try to
remember that number or have to go look it up...
