MS Excel now correctly recognizes numeric and string datatypes when it opens the output of DataSink's XlsZipSink.
DataSink now requires Java 6+.

The aged CVS repository was only half-functional, so we moved to Subversion.

With version 1.10.2 (released 2010-05-25), DataSink adds basic support for the GeneriCode 1.0 format -- the emerging standard for tabular data interchange (http://www.genericode.org/).
