Hi Dmitriy,

A good ideia is to provide a way to include both the
values and the descriptions for the drop down lists.

For exemple:

I have a table with a field called message_status. This
field receives values from 0 to 5 as values, but these
numbers has meanings like: open, closed, active,
inactive, deleted.

So, in the form will be nice to see the value meanings
instead of just the numbers.

PS2:. The calendar script is just showing in russian. Is
that a known bug?
