#217 version 2.0.7226.0 and accented characters

Sorry to post this here but the forum website seems to be unstable I've try 3/4 times to post but each time I got a PHP error in module etc ...

I just installed DasBlog version 2.0.7226.0. I've two problems :

1) one with categories with space or accented characters. Same problem described here by another use (version 1.9) : http://dasblog.us/viewtopic.php?t=764&highlight=system+cannot+file+specified+category&sid=94eedcb5e574b9fa78bdd95000b683ef

2) When I create a new post with accented characters , the permalink doesn't work :

the title is "tést with accentued chèracters "

I've others posts imported from BlogML which seem to be displayed correctly.

I've installed DasBlog on my laptop (Vista Business) and :

- The title problem doesn't show up
- For the categories link i've followed this KB article (because IIS7 send the same error page)
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927672 and the problem is gone.

I don't know if my hosting provider can made the same modifications.

I've done a test on another hosting provider ikoula.com and :

1) with the same config , the "permalinks with title" problem doesn't appear
2) the categories link with the original web.config : KO. But with the same modification described in the KB above the problem is fixed.
