#65 Can't launch any .exe

I got this error each time I want to launch an app :
err:module:attach_process_dlls "gdi32.dll" failed to initialize, aborting
err:module:LdrInitializeThunk Main exe initialization for L"Z:\\Applications\\Darwine\\Sample WineLib Applications\\clock.exe" failed, status c0000005

Doing some research, there seems to be something wrong with OSX 10.5.5 which has broken Wine. See the discussion here:

At the bottom of the page, I_S suggests a workaround, but I haven't tried it yet so I can't vouch.

I have something like this on my 10.4.11 PPC.
It says:
