... thinking of a change only on jumping-servers/restarting but nothing happened.

That command is nowhere to be seen in the source code, though the translation files have a message about it, that is unused. Perhaps it needs a "!SET NICK" command as well?

Actually I just noticed the command is now - !SET BOT_NICK though I've not tested this.
