That command is nowhere to be seen in the source code, though the translation files have a message about it, that is unused. Perhaps this command got removed? It could be that it was supposed to be replaced by a SET command.

Actually I just noticed the command is now - !SET BOT_CMD_CHAR though I've not tested this.
