#33 Conditions on fields

Each field/table (static and dynamic) should have a
condition to display. E.g. If the page number is > 1
then display the field else don't print the field.
(This will enable you to print different headings on
pages.) Another example: If a parameter is equal to a
certain value then print. This will make the report
tool more flexible and powerful. This change should
be easy to implement.
