#69 F2 thinks periscope is always down

Independent of toggling the 0 key (and seeing onscreen text acknowledging that the periscope is up or down), when I try to return to an F2 view from other views I get a text message that the periscope is down.

I also see from the keyboard layout of the pdf manual that no key is listed as assigned to periscope up/down

I am using a Dell laptop Inspiron E1705 (so number pad play is difficult) running Ubuntu 9.10.

thanks for your bug report but this is already fixed in the actual SVN version.
