dailypage / News: Recent posts

This is a maintenance release. Minor changes in the code, and improved user documentation.

Dailypage can be used to receive a webpage daily by email. The user doesn't go to the page -- the page goes to the user. Great to receive newspapers, pictures of the day, comics, or status reports.
