#16 Inventory tab

We may want to have a "major" tab (Home - Loading - Inventory - Shooting - Data Setup) that tracks the inventory of both finished rounds and commercial rounds (but make it so the inventory tab doesn't have to be used if a person doesn't want to). If used, the inventory tab would automatically sync with the range results tab to update the inventory.

There would still be a separate Finished Rounds tab under Loading. That tab should have a field for the number of times the cases have been re-used.
