#17 Bug with loading the new DMI image format.

When re-loading an already open DMI image (ie: Saying
yes when it asks if you want to revert.) then the
series of effects will be applied to the topmost open
image, rather than rebuilding the already open DMI
file. The already opened DMI image is correctly made
blank, and so the subwindow just needs to be brought to
the top.
