I am installing masssaslpass on one of my servers and
useing the forms.php gui interface.

However I have found that forms.php is written in an
older coding style that does not work with PHP 4 when
register_globals is off.

I have re-coded forms.php and am uploading a patch with
this message.

I have not had a chance to thoroughly check my code, so
have a look at it before you apply it to a prodcution
machine.
