#5 Allow user to set a default mash efficiency
Many homebrewers have mash efficiencies much less than 75%. There
should be an input box on the user preferances page identifying their
mash efficiency. To aid the homebrewer, the effieciency of a batch should
be displayed. This way a homebrewer can update this value if their
technique appears to be improving.

I've added this column to the user table. I need to have the functions use this value when calculating OG, FG and alcohol. We should discuss how this should behave when a user is viewing another user's recipe or batch.
