#43 GridShellClient.tar.gz

I am unclear about the purpose of the following file:
/src/gridshell_se/ClientDeployment/GridShellClient.tar.gz
Why is a gz ar file chacked in. If it is what i suspect it is it should be created from the svn source code.

Please explain what that file is.

This file slows down the svn unreasonably.
