I find files such as GridShellService.aar and cleint.jks in the main dir. I am sure they belong somewhere else.

GridShellService.aar is the service generated to run within Rampart. It has been removed from the directory. It can be generated using the ant build script in that directory.

The *.jks files are keystore files used for development.
