Or do you still have a problem? You're telling pyvisa to find the DLL in C:\windows\system32 - and it's probably not going to be there on other systems. If it's getting copied into your application directly correctly, try telling pyvisa to look for it next to your executable: os.path.join(os.path.dirname(sys.executable), 'visa32.dll') (That will only work when it's frozen, because sys.executable will be Python itself when you run it in Python).
