[cx-freeze-users] PyPI listing

This was the best contact I could find...

Anyway, I saw the cx_Freeze package on PyPI (http://python.org/pypi), 
but it doesn't have any URL.  Makes it mysterious, but that probably 
wasn't your intention ;)
