refactored to the sesame 2.x api - the current implementation does NOT support context, but high level query appears to work.  i have not integrated with the "TCK" (technology compatibility kit) so there has not been much verification of this integration so far.

the scale-out triple store is running again.

working on concurrency control for the local triple store next, which will remove the memory cap during inference.

working on concurrent load performance - modestly good so far for the scale-out triple store (10k+ tps)
