[Cvw-general] Access to CVW files

	I have found that at least some versions of Netscape do
not work with the FTP server used by cvw.sourceforge.net.  Therefore,
if you attempt to get the CVW binaries or sources via the Web, using
Netscape, you will fail.  I haven't tried Internet Explorer since
we don't run any boxes that use it.

	I have found, however, that good old FTP, the user program,
works just fine, though the server is somewhat slow.

	So, all the CVW files are there, you just can't get at them
via the Web site.   You have to use FTP by hand, at least if you're
a Netscape shop.
