[Cvw-general] Desperately needing to solve an old docservlet problem

Hi Folks,

After working with Steve Jones and poking through the CVW source
code, I'm not able to get the CVW docservlet to work at all.  It's
been weeks and weeks, so I'm appealing for help!!!  I wrote out
all the errors, what I did, what my web server configuration is,
as complete a status I can think of.  It's long and attached, in
the hope that it will shed enough light for someone to see what is
wrong.
