[Cvw-general] In-MOO editors don't work

	I find that I can't use MOOmail to send messages in the CVW
MOO.  @send PersonName prompts for a subject line, then leaves you
sitting where you were instead of moving you to the Mail Room.  I
find that trying to examine the Mail Room causes a traceback in the
last line of the 'description' verb on that room, but I don't know if
that's related.

	Whatever's wrong seems to be global.  I can't @edit a verb,
either.  This makes it really hard to futz with things, experiment...
and try to fix the Mail Room!

	Does anybody know what the heck is going on here?
