#24 speed problems

This file is taking forever to map:

/home/groups/cvssearch/cgi-bin/cvsdata/root1/src/python/dist/src/Modules/unicodename_db.h

I think the problem may be that we have huge change
blocks. Perhaps a fix
is to limit the size of the blocks that we will
consider running the alignment algorithm over?
