The browser holds on for some time and ends up with 500 Internal server error. In error logs i see the error message "[Fri Sep 17 12:15:35 2004] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Premature end of script headers: setup.pl".
Please help me in fixing and installing the app.

As repeated in several places, please note that CVS Monitor is not supported on Windows.
It DOES however support accessing Windows CVS repositories. You can install CVS Monitor on a small or spare linux box, and point it at the Windows repository.

I am missing a number of perl modules. I ttied to install on two systems one Fedora 3 and the other Suse and the list is the same on both machines. I am not a perl wiz so what am I missing and how do I install these modules.

I had installed Apache server for windows. I untarred the cvs monitor tar inside the ci-bin dir[C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\cgi-bin].
In the browser, i typed, http://localhost:9000/cgi-bin/cvsmonitor/setup.pl

I'm getting this same error running debian stable. Any ideas what could cause it?
I found the solution to this proble, I needed to install libscalar-list-utils-perl. It might be helpful to note that it is required somewhere.
