WinCVS Exits immediately upon exiting the tips screen or, if tips are disabled, it exits immediately after startup. There is no error message to indicate the nature of the problem.

Please download and try 'CVS Suite' (just google CVSNT) - which includes WinCVS. If you can reproduce the problem then our support team can assist. The old community edition is no longer supported.
