I would like to request that cvsgrab work with a simple
Apache file view of the CVS repository, for example
http://membled.com/cvsroot/.

    Hi Ed,

I don't think i will support this kind of unsual interface.
    You have 2 solutions:
    1. Ask membled.com to add a ViewCVS or CVSWeb interface to
their CVS repository, it's a Perl or Python script that is
    quite easy to install.
    2. Try this hack:
    - download all files under cvsroot with a web spider under
    c:/tmp/cvsroot
    - run
    cvs -D:local:[my user name]@localhost:/c:/tmp/root checkout

    Hope this helps,
    Ludovic

OK. I sent this feature request because I thought it would
be really easy to implement, if you have the original ,v
files to send to cvs. But if this is not the case then I
will look at some other way to get it working. Perhaps the
http fetching would need to be built into cvs itself.
