Actual real-life usage. :) It all went theoretically ok, until Alex
installed and actually tried it.  Then we found the need for the
"repository policy".  That's just an example.  I am pretty sure we'll found
more of those things as the usage will expand (although no release yet,
alas!)


So, you should use the NCLI-1-11-1 branch.  Read the acl-rfc.txt on the
project homepage and see the help on 'cvs acl' and 'cvs racl' subcommands
(the acl-cli.txt is somewhat out of date, and I'll simply merge it with the
Admin Guide).
