#8 cutycapt hangs when rendering HTML RFC

Trying to render https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2616 hangs cutycapt. It runs for 10+ minutes with 100% CPU utilization:

cutycapt --url=https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2616 --out-format=png --out=/tmp/foo.png

Using --max-wait does not help, which is why I think this bug is not related to bug #2.

I cannot reproduce this anymore on Ubuntu 14.04 with 0.0~svn6-3.

Still happens on Debian 7, also with version 0.0~svn6-3.
