1. VisualC++ 6

2. Qt non commercial 2.3 http://www.trolltech.com/download/qt/download_noncomm.html

3. OpenGL
http://www.opengl.org

If you are not using WindowsXP please choose the file CutIt_exe_1.3.6.zip for download. It is a standalone .exe file.
