[CustomDNS] how to set up Server for client

I had installed CustomerDNS Server ,but how tosetup /conf/* to client.
README do not tell me how to do.
Who can show me a sample file.
Where to add user/passwrod for client?
Can I have more than one domain in one server ?
please help me.
