[CustomDNS] JMX management of zones dynamically

Well, I've finally had a little time to get back to this thing.

I have successfully thrown a simple JMX MBean (management bean) on top
of the VirtualDNS server and so can now add (or replace, so effectively
I can reconfigure) and remove Zones dynamically. I don't have any
persistence set up as yet, but... If nothing else I could just serialize
the zone objects for now. I had to make a few minor changes to the
libraries. If I can get this into a working semi-useful package, I'll
put it up somewhere just in case others might find it useful.
