#3 Denial of Service attacks

We can be attacked in the following ways:

* UpdateServer can spawn an inifinite number of threads
* VirtualDNS serveTCP can spawn an infinite number of threads
* VirtualDNS serveUDP handles responses in serial

We've added timeouts and careful exception-handling to minimize these
problems.
