Placing dll in Pidgin\Plugins directory does not create "Current Track" plugin entry in Pidgin, even after restarting Pidgin.

This is not a bug, Pidgin is significantly different from Gaim and no plugins built for Gaim will work in Pidgin without some changes and a rebuild (new version).
