#1425 How can i fix CURL requires SSL support in my localhost?

Error Message: CURL requires SSL support. Please notify webmaster or hosting company. 60 => SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK. Details: error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed

Yes I can. I wrote the document I linked to already, and if you have more questions after having read that then ask on a suitable mailing list. This is a bug tracker, for bug reports. You're not experiencing a bug.
