I have my EPSON Stylus Color 680 connected to my
computer via USB and created a new printer within CUPS.
Because the device file in my SuSE Linux 7.0 is
/dev/usblp0, I cannot use the USB port provided by
CUPS. So I've used the "file" connection and gave it
the name "usb:/dev/usblp0". Then I was able to print
the testpage but now I have the problem that printing
sometimes stops and USB gets unavailable until I
restart my computer. Can you help me resolving this
problem?
