#3 qtcups-2.0 runs on qt 3.0.3

For some reason I loaded qt 3.0.3 and then went through
the pain of tweeking qps so that it would work.

The same experience was applied to qtcups-2.0 and it
seems to work ok.

I am running on Linux RH 7.2 with gcc 2.95.3
