[Cup-Dev] IRC Server

I've put up an IRC server at irc.crimebucket.com port 6667. In there is
a #Cup channel I'll be hanging out in from now on in one of my many
hangout windows. :) If anyone needs anything you ought to be able to
reach me there, in addition I'll add that to the FAQ.
