#18 Fault in non-'curses' build

1) Configure only looks for the string 'curses' in
parameters, hence --disable-curses enables the curses
build option !!

2) Having not enabled 'curses' in the build, make
still tries to build the Curses directory ! There
doesn't seem to be any build code that takes note of
'curses' being disabled, and prevents the directory
from being built.

If your system does not include 'curses' you /need/ a
way to disable building with curses.
