#57 Allow Change of Tab Component Outline Colors

Allow the ability to change color/alpha on the outline of the entire TAB group, including the lines of the tabs themselves. Currently, "Ouline of Entire Component" changes the fill color/alpha of the tab. Not sure if that's how it's supposed to work.

    Okay, looks like this should be a bug instead. TAB outline color/alpha works, but Outline of Entire Component is working like a Bakground.
