#10 Beeing able to hide the upper menu bar

When your pannel is finished and you don't want to change something anymore, it would be nice to hide the upper menu bar to have more space on your screen. If there are ig more plugins than Ctrlr on your screen this becomes very helpful.

An other benefit could be that your created pannel feels like "untouchable/safer".
