#100 crash when sending modulators to tabs

random crashes occur when sending some modulators to tabs. It seems to occur most often sending uiImageSlider

Attempted to send modulators to Tab \"Modulator-50\" , LFO tab

yes me too :

if i try to add modluator to tab from and in an old panel ( ex : polyevolver editor ) it crash
if i open an absolutly new panel, add tab, and copy/past modulator from the other panel and add to tab it 's OK

Looks like this might have been cleared with your revision 557. I've been able to add multiple things to tabs w/o crashes
