[Ctool-develop] string not defined in lexer.l

I am trying to get the ctool to compile for the first time and am having
some troubles. First off I am a windose user and the MSVC++ project did
not build correct. Therefore I tried Cygwin, where I am getting a
problem on lexer.l line 580 saying that string is not defined.

 

Can anyone help me?
