Second release addresses:

• Memory leak in figure plotting
• Errors in Flag checkings
• Fix ftp() try loop to avoid crash when service is down

In the interests of publishing early and often, a bare-bones release has been published. It seems to be working with the basic ftp agents.

There is a lot more to do, but at least the concept is now proven.
